Hiking in the Dilek National Park
Dilek National Park or Milli Park, as it is known locally, is park in Turkey's Aegean Region. Just across the Greek island of Samos this is one pristine corner of the world.
We were staying in the a small town called Selçuk near the ancient city of Ephesus. A friend who was also staying in the same guesthouse brought up the possibility of going hiking in a national park close by. We jumped at the chance.
A day hike in this most beautiful pristine sanctuary was well worth the effort.
